– Rounded and safe cornors of the puzzle pieces.
– Smooth sliding for the storage box.
– The printing on the puzzle pieces is clear and the color is bright.
Solution
– We adjusted the knift on the die cut plate and ensure the cutting for the cornors is round and neat.
– Estimated and tested the accurate size of the wooden box to reach a smooth slide movement.
– We have professional prepress process to match the requested color and will do varnish on the surface to protect the printing.
