Bulk will be in good condition during transportation. Below is our normal procedure for your reference.
Step 1: Individually shrink-wrap/ polybag as per your requirement/ discussion (pictures)
Step 2: packed in double wall carton (double cartons will be applied for air shipment) (pictures)
Step 3: palletization (standard USA or Euro pallets as per requirement with steam PASS certificate, pictures)
We have a general procedure to customize a book as below.
During the process of paper engineering and illustration, we will keep closed communications with you via call or video. Also, we will make mock up samples and digital samples and provide the hard copy to you for reference. Your comments or requirement will be highly considered during our communication.
Sure! Please kindly see the normal process as below
1)Digital proofing samples for final design and bulk printing approval;
2)Pre-production (verification) samples for bulk hand-assembly approval;
3)Pre-shipment (advance) samples for bulk shipment approval.
Yes. We are willing to send you a previous sample which we did for other jobs before so that you could have a general reference on complex and pop up structure. Please advise your address so that we could send it out within 1-2 days.
It takes normally 30 days upon receipt of approval of final digital samples to start the bulk printing. We will review and finalize the production lead time case by case with detailed production schedule. Rush order will be taken special care with advance advise.
Generally our MOQ is 3000 copies.
